Implementation Services
Our consulting team has years of industry expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Quality Assurance, Specification authoring, and enterprise system implementations. We understand the requirements of industry-specific requirements such as the AS9100 series standards and can help you quickly deploy automated solutions that will provide immediate impact to product quality.
Cohesia software is typically implemented following these three steps: Characteristic Management Process Assessment, QuickLaunch™, extension to an enterprise deployment. Each step provides documented value to your company which makes expanding the use an easy decision.
Characteristic Management Process Assessment
In one to two days, our CMPA team will present best practices of Characteristic Management to a team of decision makers at your company. A series of 6-8 twenty minute interviews allows us to assess how your company compares to these processes. Based on the volume of transactions and the significance of the improvement with Cohesia, a prioritized summary of improvement opportunities and a recommended solution implementation plan is presented if (and only if) the Cohesia application can provide tangible benefits.

QuickLaunch™
Based on priorities identified in the Characteristic Management Process Assessment, a QuickLaunch is an easy way for a customer to get started to see the immediate benefits of automated distribution and verification of product requirements. A typical QuickLaunch includes 3-5 manufacturing sources (suppliers or internal departments) and associated engineers from the Supply Chain organization (typically Supplier Development Engineers or Procurement Quality Engineers). For new programs that use Cohesia to support design collaboration, prototype data is collected and evaluated by Design Engineers and Program Management. A QuickLaunch includes three concurrent licenses to be shared over six months as ten to fifteen new part number Master Specs and AS9102 FAIs or other inspection reports are created and evaluated.
