Powerway V3 creates a collaborative environment so that companies around the world can work together to create, design and bring to market technically challenging products.
Powerway V3 provides companies with the tools to define a standard methodology for product-development activities. Administrators define the entire process online, using simple building blocks-including documents, tasks, meetings, gates and timing. Once defined, the same methodology is deployed to each of the company's suppliers each time a part is sourced. The internal team responsible for managing a supplier uses Powerway V3 as the system of record for key product-development risk management.
Powerway V3 messaging and data services provide connectivity for the automated synchronization of part releases, sourcing, timing and requirements with legacy systems and provides up-to-date business-process data for reporting. The service consists of a Web-based application, a set of messaging services and a data service. The infrastructure consists of a hosted server environment powered by Intel®.
